P.C.M. 6-24 Medaris Prop. LLC Petitioners: Petitioners are requesting to Rezone the property at 304 Highlawn Ave. It is zoned R-1, and they are wanting it to go to R-3, they are wanting to be able to build a multi- family structure/apartment.
P.C.M. 7-24 Rose Acres Farms LLC. Petitioners: Petitioners are requesting to Rezone the property in the 5000 N Blk US HWY 31. It is zoned RS, and they want it to be 1-2. They are wanting to construct a proposed truck maintenance shop and other future supporting infrastructures for their egg laying operations.
