 - B.Z.A. 0-17-25 Jim Puckett Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a variance at 1300 W Tipton St. He is wanting to vary from the current 40ft. front setback to be at a 16.8 ft setback off Tipton St. to make the property more usable. This has been tabled since June of 2025. He was waiting on a full quorum to be heard.

 - B.Z.A. 0-22-25 Connie Ridgway Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a variance at 1541 Stadium Dr. She wants to vary from the rear setback of 20 ft to be at 7ft to put a shed on the back of the property.

OTHER MATTER: Discuss changing the time of the B.Z.A. meeting from 7:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
