B.Z.A. 0-19-25 Sarah Brooks Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a variance at 281 Marshall Dr. She wants to vary from the front setback of 25ft to be at a 13ft setback to build a 12' x 20' carport.

B.Z.A. 0-20-25 Rose Acres Petitioner: Petitioners are requesting a Land Use Variance at the 1000 E Blk of Co Rd 560 N. They want to have a facility for research and development. It was given a favorable recommendation from Plan Commission on July 10,2025.
